Treat a loved one to a day of pure rest and relaxation… Floating away in our inviting swimming pool and Jacuzzi, then chilling in our sauna and eucalyptus infused steam room.
We have two double treatment rooms if two of you would like to share the experience, plus a relaxation lounge and a fully equipped gym.
Choose from the following 55 minute treatments:
- Drift Away - relaxing full body massage
- My Kinda Skin - bespoke prescription facial for your skin type
- Go Guy - men’s facial for all types of skin
Your spa day also includes:
- 4 hours' use of our spa facilities, between 10am and 4pm
- A fresh juice on arrival
- Hire of bath robes and slippers
- A glass of prosecco
- Afternoon tea (upgrade on the day to a two course lunch for £15)
The Connaught Hotel and Spa is ideally located just a five minute walk from Bournemouth town centre and a few minutes from the beach.
