Spa breaks must be booked in advance by calling 01202 298020. Voucher only valid for a single transaction, not exchangeable for cash or any other voucher. Must be redeemed in full, no change will be given. Voucher will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen and will be considered null and void if tampered. In the event of any dispute, our decision is final. We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs without prior notice. Peak vouchers valid on stays for any date between 1 May - 30 Sep. Off-peak vouchers valid on stays for any date between 1 Oct - 30 Apr. Sundays that are followed by a Bank Holiday Monday require a 'Fri-Sat' voucher.
