We have four double treatment rooms if two of you would like to share the experience. Our other facilities include a relaxation lounge and a fully equipped gym.
Choose one of the following 30 minute treatments:
- Drift Away – relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage
- AAAHHH!!! – Leg and foot massage
- Work It Out – detoxing/muscle workout massage
- My Kinda Skin – bespoke facial for your skin type
Your spa day also includes:
- Full use of our spa facilities for 4 hours between 5pm and 9pm
- Hire of bath robes and slippers
- A fresh juice on arrival
- A glass of prosecco
The Connaught Hotel and Spa is ideally located just a five minute walk from Bournemouth town centre and a few minutes from the beach.
