Our Morning Glow Spa Day is the perfect way to set the tone for your day.
Our luxury spa includes an 18m indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, six spa treatment rooms, steam room and sauna, fully equipped gym and a relaxation lounge.
Your spa day includes:
- A fresh juice on arrival
- Full use of our spa facilities from 8am to 12pm
- Hire of bath robes and slippers
- Delicious full English breakfast served with a tea or coffee (served until 10am weekdays and 10.30am weekends).
The Connaught Hotel and Spa is ideally located just a five minute walk from Bournemouth town centre and a few minutes from the beach.
